KNITTING! Keep me warm! (men fashion)

Winter is coming, and with it the cold.
But are our wardrobes ready for it? Not yet, at least mine.
So here I am in order to give some tips.
Well, I'll write just one tip by now.
I bet knitting sweaters for you guys.
Besides, in all his versions.
Turtleneck, hooded, crossed, V neck,
round neck, snowy patterns, etc.
Draw conclusions by yourself,
taking a look at the images.
Oh! Before going!
I'll delight you with another tip.
Mix the kitting with colored skinny jeans or baggy jeans!
And for your feet: these pairs of hairy boots!

DESPLÚMATE

Hecho de menos: escribir en español. Nunca me había pasado...

DEEP IN THE MEDINA OF FEZ

This photo, I took during my trip to Morocco, is my favorite among the ones I shoot at the Medina of Fez. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you what I saw in there.
First we started walking through the last built neighborhoods, 16th century. It was like going for a stroll in the past because the buildings are exactly as they were in their beginnings. Meanwhile we were going deep the maze, we found out awesome secrets: aged colors, spices smell all around, wires, fruits in every place mostly melons and prickly pears, children and teenagers selling souvenirs to the tourists, etc. Cartloads and donkeys were going crossed the way every other minute although it was funny. Once, a donkey slobbered in my arm, yuck! Haha C: Moreover, we learnt the leather making process. It smells strong that's why the guide gave us a sprig of mint. In the middle of the medine, 9th century, we saw the most crowded place on it. There were lots of people whether buying food for evening party (it wasa last week of Ramadan) or talking or praying in the mosque (we didn't get in, we just took a look from outside) or working on their sjops. By the way we saw man sewing djellaba by hand or the machine.

In conclusion, it was a wonderful experience in order to all the senses.

TEMPERLEY LONDON: a discovery

I don't know whether I'm proving a lack of fashion culture with this post.
Despite that, I'm going to present you a new brand that I've found out for the very first time. It's TEMPERLEY LONDON. This collection is from Spring/Summer 2010, besides it was presented at the New York Fashion Week. You're able to see the whole collection in Vogue's web.
However I haven't said yet what I like from these pretty rags. The classic combination of black and white always goes nice. I love the print of the last photo, it seems a monochrome kaleidoscope. The collection is also full of studs and rough stones. There are lots of playsuits and thick threads making like spiderwebs. Although they use more colors apart from black and white, they are coral red and light blue. The gauze is common in the group of outfits. Moreover heads are usually covered with crowns and elegant turbans.

Wedding Illustration

Im going to show you, my readers or my only reader, what Ive been doing recently. The story started when my cousin asked me for helping her with her wedding doing an ilustration for her invitation.
So after receiving the tips she wanted on it, I began to draw my first ideas. Eventually it was just one idea. Sooo I scaned the only one that I finally had. After two days of coloring with Photoshop, the illustration was already finished.
And here you can see the result.

BEYOND, BE JON KORTAJARENA

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zvN0hChzyg&NR=1

You will be asking yourself if I made a mistake pasting that link.
But no, plis plis plis!! go and watch the video,
If you have done so Thank You. Now let's talk about it.

Thousands or rather billions of people smoke over the world. However none of them do it like this guy does. Have you seen how the smoke comes through his mouth?? And how speechless do we remain?
I've just found out another ability from this model, my favourite by the way. He just gives the flawless touch to this film "Single man". Hes good looking and has got appearance. Besides I love his Spanish accent that reminds me how we sometimes speak in English. Not to mention his body language as a well-known model.
After all its not a bad movie, it has a beautiful photograph, sensitive music and nice outfits. Thus I'd mark it with a 7.
Moreover I've also read that this scene, I've showed you, its going to become in one of the most sexiest in the history of cinema. I hope so cuz he diserves it.

Thanks for reading, see you soon.

PS: Im against smoking due to its health hazards that covers utterly its lack of benefits.

RED & TURQUOISE

At least i have finished this entry though it hasnt got a lot of pics and texts. Here it goes my next beat for these summer trends.
The new color combination is here, mostly for jewellery as you can see in the picture above. Since I saw Sarah Jessica's necklace in her first film "Sex in the city", Im in love with that color combination. Due to its freshness and rarity!!

But that inpiration didnt end there, it brought me to different colors and textures to mis with THE necklace. What i found to perfect combine with IT was:
A Lanvin outfit consisting of a layered besides gathered dress
and a pair of red heels with a back ribbon on the ankles.

And the last but not least, the model Danielle Evans
from ANTM. Who wears floor lenght maroon silk dress
and strapy heels in nude color moreover it has fringes around the heel.
The material of the shoes may be suede.
